What Does A Project Manager Do?

A project manager oversees the planning and execution of a project. They manage the project’s resources and oversee the teams and workers involved. A major part of this includes communication between the various teams, workers, and clients throughout the entirety of the project.

This could entail anything from informing one team when another team finishes a component of a project to speaking with stakeholders about the current status of the project.

Where In the AdventHealth Network Can You Work?

Because project managers can work in a wide variety of industries, a project manager’s work environment can be dependent on the field.

Many project managers work remotely or in a traditional office environment. Others may work onsite for projects while still having an office location if needed.
